All appointments must be cancelled at latest 24 hours before the appointment. Appointments can not be cancelled on Sunday or on Holidays

A compulsory cancellation fee 50% of the booked appointment(s) will be automatically applied to all appointments not cancelled within the 24 hour deadline.
